Next Step LLC was founded in 2015 by Tim Eustace, a seasoned APAC recruiter with 10+ years of recruiting experience focused on front office positions primarily within Investment Banking Division (IBD), Private Equity (PE), Hedge Funds (HF) and Commercial Banking.
Although Tim is primarily focused on Japan related searches, he has executed numerous greater China related searches and his client base is through out the APAC region, as well as in the US. Tim is extremely well connected in the IBD and PE circles in Japan and has a very solid track record of placing people from Associates to APAC Head of Asia for both sell side and buy side firms.

Originally from England, Ben has a bachelors degree in Business & Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University, one of the top business schools in the UK.
Ben moved to Tokyo in 2002 and since then has been placing finance professionals from Accountant to CFO level, in a large variety of top-tier gaishikei organisations.
Ben’s strengths are his communication, negotiation and matching skills. His network is extremely wide and he has the ability to identify the right candidates at high speed.
Ben is very passionate about marathon running, Indian food and Manchester United.
